LINER

Coping with the ups and downs.

The innovative rotor suspension on a stable ball coupling mount allows both lateral and longitudinal rotor oscillation, independently of the main frame. The combination of maximum oscillation travel and outstanding stability provides optimum rotor adaptation to even out deep ruts and bumps.

"Inferior feed equals poor quality livestock."

High-quality forage is the key to success. That means choosing the best time for harvesting, and then handling the crop correctly. This starts with the ground-contour following, because our farmers can achieve their targets only if the harvesting machines produce a clean crop:

  • Low foreign material content in stock feed, for sustainably healthy, productive animals.
  • Consistently high-value mix of grass and herb species, thanks to protection of the sward.

NEW: LINER 1900. Getting the job done with a minimum of fuss.

Largest side swather with single swathing plate and a working width of 8.05 m.

  1. Swathing transmission with continuous lubrication and 14 tine arms
  2. PROFIX tine arm locking clip with 20-spline multiple gearing and a defined, predetermined bending point at the tine arm
  3. Original CLAAS tines
  4. External drive train with friction clutch
  5. Adjustable hydraulic step sequencing
  1. Hydraulic folding of swath guard
  2. Stable hanging suspension with sideways oscillation
  3. Height adjustment by scale for steep slopes
  4. Four-wheel or six-wheel rotor chassis
  5. High-volume tyres on the main chassis (optional up to 340/55 R 16)

Large tyres for maximum stability and ground protection and a transport speed of up to 50 km/h.

The original silage tine arm, clean in all conditions.

The friction clutch cushions peak loads and reduces the load on the drive train.

NEW: LINER 1800 TWIN / 1700 TWIN. Perfectly in line with your wishes – and the ground.

Manoeuvrable side swathers with a one-swath or two-swath swathing plate with working widths of  7.45 and 8.40 m or 6.70 and 7.85 m.

  1. Continuously lubricated swather rotor drive with twelve tine arms
  2. PROFIX tine arm locking clip with 20-spline multiple gearing and a defined, predetermined bending point at the tine arm
  3. 9.50-mm-thick original CLAAS tines
  4. External drive train with friction clutch
  5. Adjustable hydraulic step sequencing
  6. Hydraulic folding of swath guard

  1. Two-swath swathing plate with additional swath curtain
  2. Stable hanging suspension with sideways oscillation
  3. Height adjustment by scale for steep slopes
  4. Four-wheel or six-wheel rotor chassis
  5. High-volume tyres on the main chassis (optional up to 340/55 R 16)

The product range is extended by the new LINER 1800 TWIN, with a rotor diameter of 3.50 m.

The TWIN function lets you choose between single and dual swathing plates.

Optimal swath form including at headlands, thanks to unbeatable lift heights of over 50 cm.

NEW: LINER 320. Mastering the slopes.

Stable single-rotor swather with a working width of 3.20 m, ideal for small operations and hilly terrain.

  1. Maintenance-free swathing transmission with continuous lubrication and 8 tine arms
  2. Large drive head
  3. Robust raking arms with defined bending point
  4. Tine bars with 9-mm-thick standard tines each connected to the raking arms via clamping cotter pins
  1. Three-point mounting with stable inverted U-frame
  2. Single-axle, large tyres (16 x 6.5-8 10 PR), tandem axle optional
  3. Cam-type cut-out clutch
  4. Optional warning signs with lighting
  5. Height adjustment by scale for steep slopes

New robust swathing drive: as in all LINER models, the cam rollers run in an oil bath.

The tine arms are easily removed to reduce the width for transport or parking from 2.80 to 2.25 m.

Foldable protective frame: ease of access for maintenance work.
