CLAAS employee participation – what is it?

CLAAS employee participation allows the employees in certain companies of the CLAAS domestic group to share in the company’s success.

Every authorized employee can invest in shares as silent partners.

How do our employees become silent partners?

An employee becomes a silent partner by concluding a silent partnership agreement with the CMG:

  • By purchasing shares in the CMG, the employee becomes a silent partner.
  • With this investment, the employee participates in the economic success of the CLAAS group worldwide.

 

As a silent partner, you have information and control rights, which are observed at CLAAS by the investment advisory council.

These rights and obligations are laid down in the silent partnership agreement.

Which employees are entitled to participate?

Every employee who, on October 1 of the year in question, 

  • has been employed by the company for at least six months
  • has a non-terminated contract of employment with one of the companies in the CLAAS domestic group
