RTK

Stationary reference station.

When every single centimetre counts, e.g. during sowing or harvesting, RTK (Real Time Kinematic) technology is called for. The stationary reference station is equipped with dual-frequency reception technology.

It sends the differential correction signal to any number of machines operating with fully automatic GPS steering assistance within a radius of between 15 and 20 kilometres. All machines can work simultaneously with a high level of precision.

  1. GPS satellites transmit a signal which is received by the machine and the stationary reference station.
  2. The reference station generates a high-precision differential correction signal (D GPS) which is additionally sent to the machine by radio signal.
  3. The GPS PILOT converts both signals to steering impulses.

Top system with many advantages.
