Loading Unit

The telescoping loading system of the SCORPION achieves lifting heights of 6.25, 7.10 or 9.0 meters as well as lifting forces of 3.3 to 4.4 tons.

Rugged telescoping arm segments and intelligent hose bushings ensure maximum safety in use even under the toughest agricultural conditions. The selectable vibration damping on the boom – automatic or continuous – guarantees much quieter handling of the machine for the operator.

A strong Z linkage provides a maximum pivot angle for implements – ensuring that every bucket full is emptied safely.

The hydraulics of the SCORPION are designed to use the full performance potential of the telescopic arm. A load-sensing system delivers up to 150 liters of oil per minute and gives outstanding performance even at low engine RPM. It is possible to perform up to four functions at the same.

The load-sensing pump only delivers if hydraulic power is needed. This avoids unnecessary heating of the oil and the loss of power it can bring.
