VOLTO 670 / 770 / 870

Full speed ahead.

The VOLTOs in this series are absolutely reliable and robust, both in terms of quality and function. With working widths of 6.70 m, 7.70 m, and 8.70 m, these tedders are fitted to the three-point linkage, performing consistently well and producing excellent spreading in every harvesting situation. An ideal investment for farmers and contractors not satisfied with second best.

Let’s add it all up…

Years of experience confirm trouble-free operation and a high degree of safety thanks to:

  • Broad triangular chassis for maximum stability.
  • CKL power drawbar for smooth running.
  • PERMALINK joints in the drive line for safe power flow.
  • Enclosed, maintenance-free drives in oil bath.
  • Border spreading crop guard on request, for clean field edges.
  • Additional guide wheel for following the ground closely (optional).

CLAAS PERMALINK- full power flow for perfect tedding.

  • Interlocked cast steel fingers with large contact areas.

  • Fold through 180 ° with full engagement for sure-handed power flow in every situation.

Enclosed drives for high performance tedders.

  • Rugged and durable
  • Maintenance-free

  • Hardwearing

  • No crop contamination following oil loss

  • Continuous, even rotor lubrication to handle heavy operation and provide excellent harvest results.

Perfect clearance with the headland crop guard.

A headland spreading crop curtain mounted on the outside of the tedder keeps all the material in on the field. Its shallow angle relative to the crop impedes the flight of the material during the tedding process. For normal tedding, you simply swing the crop curtain up and out of the tedding area, either hydraulically or mechanically.

  • Clean field edges.
  • No need to angle the machine to one side.
  • The crop is not thrown inwards.
  • No grinding or damage to the stubble caused by turned wheels.
  • Uniform crop spread
