In addition to the chassis, the tedder is guided by two telescopic arms. Spring-loaded braking cones built into the telescopic arms of the CKL system add to the safe running of the machine.

For transport, they hold the machine securely, so no additional latching is necessary.

Direct transmission of the machine weight to the lower link.
No bending moment and thus no wear on the headstock.
Unburdening of the supporting arm between headstock and machine.
Automatic securing of the headstock for road transport.
Smooth running for all working widths, no escalating rocking.
No running the tedder aground when driving down slopes.
