Once adjusted, always fits.

Extremely robust three-point frame positioned close to the tractor.
Adjustable lower linkage load-bearing bolts for quick adjustment to the track width of the tractor to enable full exploitation of the working width and optimum overlapping in combination with a front mower.
Robust outer mower with large-dimension suspension bolts and broad bearing.
All main bolts are made of 45 mm hardened steel, running on lubricated plain bearing bushes.
Mowers are driven by a star profiled powertrain of extra-strength material, especially designed for floatation.
Direct transmission input to the cutterbar via an angle drive in the first disc.
Torsionally rigid chassis with box profile.
Cutterbar guided on both sides by the sturdy carrier frame.

Adjustment with a difference.

You can make sure that the lower linkage is correctly positioned, this can be done from the comfort of the tractor cab. The clearly visible control arrow indicates the best position

Safety first.

If an obstruction is hit, the overload device is activated in a matter of seconds. What's new: the 15° angled pivot point in the centre of the outer mower. The special positioning of the pivot point allows the mower to swivel backward 25° when the overload device is activated and at the same time to lift up.

A powerful, special dual-function cylinder allows the mower to be tilted upwards centrally by around 115°.
More or less balanced loading of both rear wheels for optimum stability while driving.
A gauge visible from the tractor cab indicates how the mower is set up in terms of travel and suspension.
Balancing pressure can be adjusted from the tractor cab.
Balancing pressure can be maintained even when the mower is not in use.
Single-lever lifting on headlands with catch to protect the powertrain.
Easy unlocking and moving of the jack.
