DISCO 3100 RC CONTOUR

Conditioning legumes with kid gloves.

Leafy crops require particular care during the harvest. Gentle conditioning to protect the soft, nutritious leaves while sufficiently crushing the stalks place high demands on both mower and farmer. These demands are met by the new DISCO 3100 RC CONTOUR with 3 m working width. It expands the CLAAS product range by a centrally suspended disc mower with roller conditioner.

Interlinked like a helix.

  • Conditioner with rubber-coated roller with V-profile for crushing the hard stalks whilst protecting the delicate, nutritious leaves.
  • Clearance between the rollers, and hence conditioning intensity, can be adjusted to the particular harvest conditions.
  • Perfect crop flow thanks to the optimum position of the rollers close to the cutterbar.
  • Adjustable swathing plates for a neatly formed and well delineated swath.
