The DISCO 8600 C DUO, a second member of the DUO family with an 8.30-m working width, is equally impressive.

CLAAS proudly presents its new DISCO 9300 C DUO, the widest front-mounted mower on the market with a working width of 9.10 m. With a rugged yet lightweight design, and equipped with the ACTIVE FLOAT hydropneumatic suspension system, it offers everything a mowing professional could ask for in terms of working width and ride comfort. Of course, the DISCO 9300 C DUO can also be operated as a front-rear combination.

With the CLAAS Standard Terminal (CST), you can operate all the functions of the DISCO 9300 C DUO directly by push-button from the comfort of the driver’s seat. Thanks to continuous oil circulation, with or without LS control, you can execute the functions of the mower simply at the touch of a button. All mowers can be activated separately or in combination - be it to lift or lower the mowers or to set the suspension pressure. All mower drives are continuously monitored via the CST. The driver is alerted to a drop in the speed by means of an audible and visual signal.

The DUO control system, as an alternative the CST, enables you to lift and lower the mowers via the control unit by means of an additional, single-acting hydraulic connection. Even at headlands, you need not take your hand off the armrest.

On the XERION tractor, the DUO control system also allows you to lift mowers individually using the ground speed control lever, in addition to lifting and lowering all three mowers. You have full control over the tractor and mower, without having to reach over to the terminal.

Thus, the DUO control system makes your job easier and assists you on those long, hard working days.

The key to forage harvesting is to think and work efficiently and make the most of the available harvesting window. The new DUO mowers are also equipped with the tried-andtested CLAAS tine conditioner, which spans the entire working width of the machine

No two field are alike – wet patches down in the valley and dry hilltops are worlds apart. Using the hydro-pneumatic cutterbar suspension provided by ACTIVE FLOAT, it is now possible to react to these differences quickly and easily. You can regulate the mower's suspension at any time from the driver's seat, even while on the go. The currently selected ground pressure can be read from the cab's pressure gauge. Just set the value and fine-tune it until you're satisfied.
