Its polished and modern steering technology makes the COUGAR an ideal model for stable and smooth running. Whether you require pure four-wheel drive, four-wheel drive with a 4° lead or crab steering, you can choose the working method that best suits the conditions. When making tight turns, the COUGAR offers single-axle steering so that the engine always controls the axis above the steering drive. As with overrun steering, the mower axis is electronically adjusted. The system only steers both axes when making turns above 4° which significantly increases manoeuvrability. In addition, this special steering geometry makes the formation of stripes when mowing a thing of the past. The activation of the four-wheel drive is controlled by means of sensors on the axles, which transmit the steering lock directly to the control for the hydrostatic stub-axle steering.  On the move.Move from one job to the next at a lively speed of 40 km/h and cover long distances in a fraction of the time. With a transport width of barely 3 metres, the COUGAR can get through almost anywhere. This ensures the continuity of the harvesting process. Our motto? Large footprints.The four identical wheels with the 800/65 R 32 or 900/55 R 32 tyres or with 800/60 R34 grass tyres and the permanent four-wheel drive in the first driving range up to 21 km/h help you protect the turf according to all rules of the art.
