Bale chamber

In a class by itself – the QUADRANT 3400 bale chamber.

With bale chamber dimensions of 120 x 100 centimetres, the bales are the optimum size for transport and storage. Therefore, transport spaces are used economically, saving time and money. The large size in conjunction with the high bale density is the prerequisite for fewer bales per hectare. Fast, low-cost field clearing is preprogrammed.

Strong baling ram.

The baling ram must be able to handle the most difficult work. Therefore, it is especially robust. The eight large ball-bearing mounted rollers run on hardened rails. The two robust crank arms, which move the massive baling ram at a speed of 46 strokes per minute, sit directly on the main gearbox.

Correct pressure.

In small compression packets, straw, hay or silage are compacted in record time: at 46 strokes per minute and a hefty 200 bar bale chamber pressure. Using the CLAAS COMMUNICATOR, at any time you can easily and quickly adjust the conditions.
