CLAAS balers would be inconceivable without the legendary CLAAS knotter. In the past it decisively shaped the world-wide success of the CLAAS balers and also ensures secure knots in the QUADRANT 3200.

Significantly higher bale weights can be achieved with six knotters. The well-proven CLAAS high performance knotters always tie super-tight perfectly positioned knots even with maximum bale density and the highest throughput capacity. A further advantage: the knotters do not produce any dangerous twine residues that may cause animal losses during feeding or shortfalls in power generation.

The knotters are driven directly from the main gearbox. This ensures the permanent synchronisation between piston and needle.

The TURBO FAN system cleans the knotter with a 140 km/h strong, permanent airflow.

Located behind the side flaps are large twine boxes in which the largest spools of twine on the market (11.5 kg) can be accommodated. You therefore have around 25 % more storage on board than beforehand with the new QUADOTEX twine, for example, that was developed for the QUADRANT 3200.
