A large flow-passing ability requires powerful conveyor units. The QUADRANT 2200 ADVANTAGE is the only baler without cutterbar, but with an aggressive rotor. With its fourpronged stars, which are arranged in a helix shape, it guides enormous amounts of crop from the pick-up to the feed rake without interruption.

Silage that is rich in energy and taste with optimum lactic acid fermentation is a basic prerequisite for high milk production in the dairy herd. Three things are needed for this: short fodder, high compaction pressure and exclusion of oxygen. CLAAS ROTO CUT delivers chop lengths of 45 mm with an outstanding cutting quality.

The pulling, power-saving cutting mechanism on the 16-blade cutting rotor (on the QUADRANT 2100 RC) is particularly energy-saving and precise. Any crop is drawn in safely, neatly cut and efficiently pre-compressed. Safeguarded by a wedge coupling working in the oilbath, the QUADRANT can be pushed safely to top performance.
