Once the selection process (interviews, assessment centre) is complete, you will be firmly rooted in practical work from the first day onward.
Together with our human resources department, we will develop your personal, carefully targeted training plan. The core of the trainee program consists of a series of modules that systematically complement one another.
While the basic module is mandatory, all other related and advanced modules are open for your selection in co-ordination with your training supervisor and the executive development office. You should plan a duration of three to four months per module. That especially applies to international deployment, which is an important part of your training period.
Product training, business seminars and trainee workshops are also central components of the training program.
