CLAAS stands for the realisation of innovative technology in the agricultural sector.

In order to work in development, production or service, basic training using the latest technology and a high practical orientation is essential.

We offer this possibility to young persons in our technical training centre and numerous departments that feature training agents to assist trainees in a wide range of practical activities.

Courses start with basic training, in which all essential techniques are taught and applied for the first time. Next, competent trainers convey the specific expertise required for the selected vocation, and this is reinforced when realising operational projects.

The theoretical underpinnings are realised in parallel as classroom instruction in the vocational school.

After the successful conclusion of training, the graduates are deployed in our highly technical production facilities.

Employment in our various development departments and customer service can also be targeted through technical vocational training or a dual-study program.

Employees can also provide onsite service for our customers in many countries across the globe.
